Monthly Birthday Parties!!!

As many of you know we started last year holding monthly birthday parties ... It has been a great way for us to have an excuse to get together and have fun!!

All kids (18 and under) present at the party get a gift and everyone that has a birthday that month is celebrated in some way i.e. name on the cake, sung to or about, etc. So, even if you aren't here you are being celebrated in some way.

Kim and Leslie started us off in a great way this year. They were in charge for January and February ... We met at their church building and had a great time. They got us interacting with fun word games that made us stretch our minds.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Wynn, Val, Kialie and Chris for January and Nate, Jason, Kayla, and Jackie in February!!!

Wynn and Jeanette were the ones to take charge for March and April so the rest of us traversed to Layton for the fun...

In March we had an Easter Egg Hunt for the kids (they loved it) and played Imaginif. In April we played Bingo!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Sarah, Alicia, Wyatt, Don, Chad, Shaun, Madelynne, Ben, Dennick, Carter, and McKennah.

For April wishes go to Joel, Nickolina, Mason, Emily Rose, Ben, Nicole P, Kaysen, and Freddy.

It has been so fun to get together more often and the kids love to run and play

Keeping the family in touch

Hello family!!!

I loved it when we had the family newsletter for those few months several years ago. It really helped to keep us connected and to know what was going on with each other.

I have become a cyber visitor to many of our relatives blogs and though most of them have no idea I visit their blogs .... I feel a part of their lives ...

I want all of us to feel that way about each other and to actually know of the important events that are happening within the Fred Pead family. This is especially hard when we are continuing to grow and are spread out several places in the country.

I hear all the time from family members things like " when did that happen" or "who's child is that?" Well, hopefully this blog will keep that from happening. As I figure out how to do pictures and things I will catch up on some of the news from the last few months. So, just call me the self - appointed family historian.

Wish us all luck in this endeavor... Here is to knowing the News!!!

Love, Reen
